Tout le monde connait le plus grand concurrent de Microsoft: Apple.

Apple est en effet tres repute pour ses technologies , comme transformer des photos, des videos et vos musiques en site internet, tout comme ses divers logiciels ILife (photos, films, musiques, blogs), ITunes,Mac Osx, Iwork, sans oublier les applications Pro (DVD studio, etc) et ses celebres serveurs et son Pentium.

Oui mais voila, tout le monde pense aussi (ou Bill Gates voudrait que tout le monde pense) que le monde de l’informatique tourne uniquement autour du systme de l’oprateur de Windows. Dans le monde du Poker en Ligne, cela semble a premire vue tre le cas, du fait que seules quelques rares salles offrent une alternative aux personnes disposant d’Apple (systme Macintosh). Or, ce dernier ne permet pas de telecharger des salles de poker sur les ordinateurs ou doivent disposer du systme de base Linux.

En effet, la rare faiblesse d’Apple reside dans l’acces aux jeux en ligne. Pour beaucoup de ses utilisateurs, le telechargement de jeux virtuels sur leur Mac est quasi impossible.

Mais que cela ne tienne, Apple, en association notamment avec PartyPoker, va y remedier!

PartyPoker, apres avoir entendu les plaintes, a donc decide de repondre a cette attente et d’integrer d’autres “options” dans le monde en ligne.

Il a donc annonce qu’il existait aujourd’hui un Mac compatible permettant des telechargements depuis leurs sites, incluant maintenant le support d’un browser.

Beta continue actuellement ses tests permettant a de plus en plus de joueurs d’acceder au plateau et de prendre part aux jeux de poker qu’offre Party. Reste cependant encore quelques inconvenients a ajuster.

En effet, l’acces aux tables multiples et aux tournois n’est pas encore disponible. Cependant, les jeux en cash le sont.

L’option rollout des tournois devrait etre disponible sous peu.

De plus, quelques caracteristiques tres appreciees des joueurs telles la prise de notes sur les joueurs et l’historique des parties manquent encore.

En revanche, pour acceder a la version all-access de PartyPoker, telecharger simplement le logiciel. L’acces pour Windows, Mac et Linux sont disponibles. Nous vous recommandons vivement de disposer egalement de Windows IE5 ou encore de Mozilla Firefox1.0 ou Safari 1.3, sans oublier les autres possibilites: Java incluant Microsoft JVM, Sun JDK 1.4 ou 1.5, du fait qu’ils soient deja en mode Beta pour les personnes disposant de Mac.

Du fait que des “bugs” peuvent apparaitre, PartyPoker encourage ses joueurs a faire part de leurs commentaires sur la performance du logiciel meme en cours de test.

Avec ses nouvelles offres, PartyPoker (deja leader de l’industrie des jeux en ligne) est tente d’attirer d’avantage de joueurs dans le monde du Poker.

Alors un peu de patience, dans quelques mois, les fideles des jeux en ligne n’auront plus besoin d’emprunter les ordinateurs des copains pour pouvoir en beneficier a leur tour!

- Addresses AirPort reliability issues with 5GHz networks.
- Addresses AirPort issues that may result in slower performance in Logic Studio or MainStage.

iCal

- Improves overall iCal reliability for meeting requests, cancellation notices, delegation, and syncing with iPhone.
- Resolves an issue that prevents deleting an iCal event without notifying the creator.
- Addresses an issue in which events in all calendars affect availability. A checkbox now enables information-only calendars to be transparent from free/busy lookups.
- Resolves a UI issue preventing delegated calendars from showing up as a separate window.
- Addresses an issue with copying and pasting attendees from one event to another.
- Resolves an issue in which iCal may not delete events after a specied time interval, even when set to do so in iCal preferences.
